If the above solutions didn't work, we suggest you uninstall and reinstall Chrome. Uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome can fix problems with your search engine, pop-ups, updates, or other problems that might have prevented Chrome from opening.
Steps to uninstall Google Chrome:
-At the bottom of your computer screen, in your Dock, right-click Chrome.
-Select Quit.
-Open Finder.
-Right-click to Google Chrome application
-Select Quit.
-Open Finder.
-Right-click to Google Chrome application
-Drag Google Chrome to the Trash, empty trash.
Install Chrome
-Open the Safari browser and download the Google Chrome installation file: https://www.google.com/chrome/
-Select the version of Chrome: Mac with Intel chip
-Allow
-Follow the steps described below
